90% Beef protein is an instant protein (soluble in water) with a high protein content and a negligible amount of fat and carbohydrates. It is suitable for low-carbohydrate diets in the final period when tuning sports form, but also for people with lactose and gluten intolerance. 90% BEEF PROTEIN PEPTIDES tastes great, without a hint of bitterness or aftertaste.

The hydrolyzed form of proteins is their most biologically effective and absorbable form, because hydrolysis breaks down proteins into smaller particles - peptides. Peptides no longer need to be digested and broken down by the body. Therefore, they are available to the body immediately after consumption and then transported to the muscles.

Dosage: 90% beef protein is easily digestible and suitable for everyday use. We recommend dosing according to the intensity of the load in multiple doses (25g each dissolved in 250 ml of water) spread evenly throughout the day. For example, in the morning on an empty stomach or after training. It contains very little fat and sugar, it is also suitable in the evening before going to bed. This ensures a balanced supply of easily digestible proteins throughout the day.
